Hozier Joins the Mothership!

Hozier is set to join Brandi Carlile as one of the headliners for her 3 day music festival, “Mothership Weekend”. The festival, which was created as a celebration for Mother’s Day weekend, will take place May 12th-14th at Miramar Beach, FL.

This will be the first time Hozier has performed live with an audience in over a year! By the time the festival rolls around, his new album “Unreal, Unearth” is likely to already be out. The crowds at Miramar Beach will get to hear him perform not only his older songs but some new ones as well!

As for the festival, Brandi Carlile herself is set to kick off the weekend Friday the 12th alongside Nathaniel Rateliff & and The Night Sweats and Daniel Ponder. On Saturday the 13th, Hozier takes the stage and is joined by Mavis Staples, The Milk Carton Kids, and Katie Pruitt. To close out the weekend, Brandi is set to headline again with Bonnie Raitt and Fancy Hagood.

Carlile said in a statement, “The Mothership welcomes EVERYONE. We hope you’ll join us for this epic celebration of mothers, mother figures, motherhood, mothering and all forms of chosen families.”

On par with her statement, the weekend is set to include activities fun for the whole family! These include: sunrise yoga, sandcastle tournaments, dolphin tours, golf, and more!
